Last updated: 18 August 2026

1. About Zenvora

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Zenvora website, platform and related services.

Zenvora Global Ltd ("Zenvora", "we", "us" or "our") is a company registered in the United Kingdom.

Company name: Zenvora Global Ltd
Company number: 17166022
Registered office: 6 Radford Circle, Coventry, West Midlands, UK CV6 1LL
Contact email: director@zenvoragloballtd.com
Website: www.zenvoragloballtd.com

By accessing or using Zenvora, creating an account, submitting a booking or purchasing a service through the platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. What Zenvora Does

Zenvora operates a multiservice digital marketplace that helps customers discover, connect with and book services from independent freelancers, professionals and businesses ("Service Providers").

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Zenvora acts as a platform facilitating the connection between customers and Service Providers.

The Service Provider is responsible for delivering the service purchased or booked by the customer.

Zenvora may provide supporting functions including:

  • Service discovery

  • Booking and scheduling

  • Customer and provider communication

  • Payment processing

  • Provider profiles

  • Reviews and ratings

  • Customer support

  • Promotional services

  • Digital tools for participating businesses

Some services may be offered directly by Zenvora. Where this applies, it will be made clear before purchase.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to make a booking or purchase through Zenvora.

If you use Zenvora on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to act on its behalf.

4. Customer Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain Zenvora features.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and current information

  • Keeping your login credentials secure

  • Not allowing unauthorised access to your account

  • Informing Zenvora promptly if you suspect unauthorised use

You must not create accounts using false identities or impersonate another person or organisation.

5. Service Providers

Service Providers using Zenvora operate as independent businesses or professionals unless otherwise expressly stated.

Providers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information about their services

  • Maintaining any licences, qualifications, registrations or insurance required for their work

  • Delivering services professionally and with reasonable care and skill

  • Setting accurate prices and availability

  • Complying with applicable laws and regulations

  • Honouring confirmed bookings

  • Communicating appropriately with customers

Zenvora may conduct onboarding or verification checks, but the appearance of a provider on the platform does not amount to a guarantee of every aspect of that provider's performance.

6. Bookings

When a customer makes a booking through Zenvora, the booking details shown at checkout form part of the contract.

Customers should carefully check:

  • Service selected

  • Provider

  • Date and time

  • Location

  • Price

  • Any additional charges

  • Cancellation terms

A booking is confirmed when the customer receives confirmation through the platform, website, email or other approved communication method.

7. Prices and Payments

Prices displayed on Zenvora should be shown in pounds sterling unless otherwise stated.

The total amount payable will be displayed before the customer confirms the transaction.

Payments may be processed by Zenvora or an authorised third-party payment processor.

Zenvora may receive commissions, booking charges or other fees from transactions facilitated through the platform.

Where a customer-facing booking, service or platform fee applies, it will be disclosed before the customer completes the transaction.

8. Customer Cancellation Rights

Nothing in these Terms removes or limits statutory consumer rights.

Where the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 apply, consumers may have a legal right to cancel a service contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

If a customer expressly asks for a service to begin during the statutory cancellation period, the customer may be required to pay for the proportion of the service already supplied before cancellation.

Where a service has been fully performed during the cancellation period following the customer's express request and acknowledgement, the statutory right to cancel may end.

Further information is available in our Cancellation Policy.

9. Provider Cancellation

If a Service Provider cannot fulfil a confirmed booking, the provider should notify the customer and Zenvora as soon as reasonably possible.

Where a provider cancels and no suitable replacement arrangement is agreed, the customer will normally be entitled to a refund of amounts paid for the unprovided service.

10. Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances of the booking, the service supplied, applicable consumer law and the terms displayed at the time of booking.

Customers may be entitled to remedies where services are:

  • Not provided

  • Not carried out with reasonable care and skill

  • Materially different from what was agreed

  • Otherwise in breach of applicable consumer law

See our Refund Policy for further details.

11. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

  • Provide accurate booking information

  • Attend appointments at the agreed time

  • Provide safe and reasonable access where a service takes place at their property

  • Treat providers and Zenvora staff respectfully

  • Make payment when required

  • Follow legitimate safety or preparation instructions associated with the service

Zenvora may restrict or suspend access where a user engages in fraud, abuse, threatening behaviour or repeated misuse of the platform.

12. Reviews

Customers may be permitted to leave reviews following a service.

Reviews must reflect genuine experiences and must not contain:

  • False or misleading claims

  • Threatening or abusive language

  • Discriminatory content

  • Personal information published without permission

  • Spam or promotional content

  • Content that infringes another person's rights

Zenvora may remove reviews that breach these standards.

13. Prohibited Use

You must not use Zenvora:

  • For unlawful purposes

  • Fraudulently

  • To interfere with the operation or security of the platform

  • To distribute malicious software

  • To scrape or extract platform information without permission

  • To impersonate another person

  • To manipulate reviews or bookings

  • To harass customers, providers or staff

14. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Zenvora's branding, logos, website design, software, written materials, graphics and other proprietary content belong to Zenvora Global Ltd or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify or commercially exploit Zenvora intellectual property without written permission.

15. Availability of the Platform

We aim to keep Zenvora available and functioning reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may temporarily suspend or modify parts of the platform for maintenance, security, technical improvements or other legitimate operational reasons.

16. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

In particular, nothing in these Terms excludes statutory rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Where Zenvora acts only as an intermediary between a customer and an independent Service Provider, the provider remains responsible for delivering its service.

Zenvora is not responsible for losses caused solely by a Service Provider's acts or omissions where Zenvora itself has not breached a legal duty.

This provision does not affect any rights customers may have against Zenvora under applicable law.

17. Complaints and Disputes

If you experience a problem with a booking, you should first contact us as soon as possible.

Email:

director@zenvoragloballtd.com

Please provide:

  • Your name

  • Booking or order reference

  • Service Provider

  • Date of service

  • Description of the issue

  • Any relevant evidence

We may contact the Service Provider to investigate and attempt to resolve the matter.

Nothing in this complaints process prevents a consumer from exercising statutory rights.

18. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

By using Zenvora, you acknowledge that personal information may need to be shared with the relevant Service Provider to fulfil your booking.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to Zenvora, our services or applicable law.

The latest version will be published on our website together with the date of the most recent update.

Changes will not retrospectively remove rights that have already arisen under an existing contract.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in England and Wales.

Consumers may also benefit from mandatory legal protections applicable in the part of the United Kingdom in which they live.
